Bind the Seat License to your machine
Introduction
Seat Licenses are bound one-to-one with machines. Each animator using Nemo needs a corresponding License. The rigging department also typically needs a machine with a Nemo Seat License installed.
Licenses can be transferred between machines at the end of per month.
The duration is calculated from first use, not from purchase date.
Usage can be paused at the end of per month.
Instruction
Verify Available License
Log in to nemopuppet.com, go to Account → Seats, and confirm that an available Seat License exists. If no license is available, check your order status under Account → Orders.

Understand the Usage Mechanism
After activation, you will notice the Months count decreases by 1. This is because Nemo manages seat licenses on a monthly basis, offering you the following benefits:
Pause Usage: Temporarily suspend license usage and reserve remaining months for future needs.
Monthly Machine Transfer: Deactivate the license from one machine and activate it on another, once per month.
Perform Monthly Refresh
You must log in to NemoHub once per month and perform a Refresh operation to update the local license file online. Although it is possible to bind all months of one seat license to a single machine at once, this is strongly discouraged, as it prevents you from transferring the license or pausing usage.
Troubleshoot Connection Issues
If you encounter difficulties activating, deactivating, or refreshing the license online, try using the proxy feature on the NemoHub settings page. This allows NemoHub to communicate with https://nemopuppet.com through another NemoHub instance on your local network that has internet access.
